Proposal: Improving multiculturalism at McGill cafeterias
Within the past eight months, McGill cafeteria has enjoyed a vital role in my life. It has taken over a crucial responsibility from my mother that has worked relentlessly for over eighteen years to bring up the well nourished person I i am today. Hence the first time I mentioned with her that I was applying in another country, she was most concerned with my diet plan.
This kind of concern is usually shared by simply thousands of additional parents whom choose to send their valuable children a large number of miles away in order to safeguarded a better future. The only way for them to address this concern should be to research the meals options that will be available to their children. So my own mother learned the McGill Food and Dining Providers (MFDS) web page for the next couple of days. Although a bit overwhelmed by $5550 price tag yet your woman was thrilled to know that I would be experiencing a great number of superior quality meals as guaranteed by the web page.
However , 3 weeks into my dining at the cafeteria, her most detrimental fear was realised. The girl was surprised to learn i would have to be juggling between only six different options for the remaining of the year. So I was asked to visit my cousin's house every single weekend to escape from the boredom of McGill cafeteria. Some of my friends, who did not have the luxury to do so, were forced to move out of residence.
This tragedy is actually a common landscape among international students for McGill. However it can be quickly averted by following a few sensible solutions that I will refer to in this proposal. I will start by talking about the problem in more detail and its effect on student lifestyle in general. Following establishing the gravity of the situation, I will mention things that can be delivered to greatly enhance the international student experience for McGill. I am hoping by seeking a proposal, you would produce the opportunity to generate a significant contribution to my community.
