During our the latest group presentations, we protected negotiation, building teams, doing work in groups, controlling conflict, powerful meetings, assisting team success, managing decisions and fixing problems creatively (De Janasz, Wood, Gottschalk, Dowd, Schneider. 2006, pg 196-314). Our team was given doing work in teams to be successful as a presentation topic. I really believe we not simply clarified the subject but managed to use the content to our own advantage and create a successful demonstration.
