Human beings and forests will be closely related with each other through the very beginning of human history. Forestry has manifold contributions for the welfare of mankind. The multiple uses of forest resources had been recognized through the advent of world. Forest is a very important green resource in Bangladesh. The forestry sector contributes about 1 . 79% of the total GDP of Bangladesh.. It gives you materials like timber, pulp, pole, gas wood, meals, and treatments, habitat for wildlife and primary base intended for biodiversity. In addition, it provides fresh air, controls or reduces the intensity of the cyclones and tidal spikes in the seaside areas of Bangladesh, influences the rainfall, and sustained water yield inside the river systems etc . Good results . the speedy increase in the people, forests had been exploited in an unprecedented method especially in last few decades. Significance of forest for any nation and its people are a lot more. It is strongly related to socioвЂ”economic and ecological aspects of a nation. Loss in forest & forest useful resource not- only disrupts ecological balance but also hampers the very efforts of economical and social developments of Bangladesh. Raising pressure upon forests from multiple sectors presents significant challenges to forest supervision practice of Bangladesh. Putting on good forest management practices is getting importance with the passage of time. If perhaps changes aren't made, present limitation can become future scarcities. It is time to replace the way we all view and manage each of our forest resource. It is also vital that you overcome the crisis of the Forest Department, so that persons can trust them. In this paper, We analyze the current trend of forest administration practice in Bangladesh & outline a few strategies to take care of the forest resource of Bangladesh within a sustainable method.
